Wanna go to St. George?

I know it is almost March now but we just had our annual SG House Meeting to plan out the year and discuss our thoughts, etc~ As joint home owners (the Hartmans, Bates and Shepherds) we have decided that we are not using the SG home as much as we should and with the rising cost of utilities, HOA dues, etc~ it makes sense to try and rent out the house as much as we can! So, with that being said, you wanna go to St. George and rent the house??? It is located in such a BEAUTIFUL Area (right on Sunbrook Golf Course) and has all of the amenities that you could ask for. Our rates are VERY competitive also. Tyler and I just looked into hotel rooms down there for last weekend and they were $170 per night (weekend rates). Our rates are $100 (Sunday-Thursday night) and $125 (Friday and Saturday Night), with a mandatory $60 cleaning fee. We feel that's very fair for a FULL house and want it to be a win win for all of us!! So, Call us or comment here for availability and we will get right back with you!!!
